2. The exhibition will end at 16:00 on September 13. Before that, no exhibits are allowed to leave the exhibition hall in advance, please make schedule in advance! If the exhibitor due to the withdrawal time caused by the loss, our company will not be responsible.

3. According to the regulations of Guangzhou China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall, all staff who enter the exhibition hall (indoor and outdoor) during the exhibition arrangement and withdrawal period, including exhibitors, construction personnel and transport operators, must wear safety helmets.

Second, safety tips

Please be sure to take good care of your belongings during the construction and exhibition period, and do not leave valuables in the exhibition hall overnight. We are not responsible for any loss.

Three, the withdrawal of exhibition reminder

1. Considering the safety of the booth demolition, the water and electrical supply of the booth will be cut off at 16:00 on September 13, please ensure that your exhibit equipment is reset and closed before 16:00.

2. During the evacuation period, the traffic peak and the surrounding road conditions are complex, it is strongly recommended that you evacuate your booth items by hand or entrust a transport provider. If you need to arrange vehicles to enter the unloading area for loading, please let the trucks enter the storage point as soon as possible to wait for the queue to enter, to save your evacuation time.
